At Craigieburn Dental Gallery we also offer a HICAPS facility, which allows us to submit all major insurance claims on the spot for you. You will only need to pay the difference, if there is any.

Care Credit

If you prefer to spread out your payments over 3, 6 or even 12 months, we are happy to offer Care Credit Interest Free* Finance. If you are approved, we can start treatment right away!

If you are interested, please print out and complete the Application Form below. On the day of your next appointment, simply bring the completed form along with your driver’s license and we will process the application online for you. This takes approximately 10 mins. An immediate approval will be granted, should you qualify for finance.

*Interest Free – if the full financed amount is paid out within the agreed period of 3, 6 or 12 months, there will be no interest applicable.
